Refunds:

Refund requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at  info@settomahj.com. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For items valued at $100 or more, we recommend insuring your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs. Contact info@settomahj.com to request your pre-paid UPS return shipping label.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@settomahj.com.

Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product, please email info@settomahj.com within 10 days of receiving your order. After 10 days, we will not be able to replace the damaged product. Please provide detailed information about the damage, along with pictures. Please note that we require the item to be returned in its original packaging, including any promotional materials that were included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item is not in its original condition.  If your damaged item is eligible for a refund or replacement, we will process it as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account, as it may vary depending on your payment provider.

Lost Products:

In the event that your order is lost and has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please email info@settomahj.com. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will offer you the choice of a replacement (if available) or a refund for the lost item.  We will process this as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account, as it may vary depending on your payment provider
